NHS Barking and Dagenham commissioned Direct Enquiries to conduct a thorough access audit at doctors, dentists and healthcare centres across the borough. The audit includes routes from drop off points to the main accessible entrance plus interactive layouts of the building allowing you to see photos and access information at the click of a mouse.

There are 4 easy steps to use this site. Simply:

  1. Select from the drop down menu the kind of healthcare service you require.
  2. Either enter your Postcode or choose an area from the drop down menu.
  3. Use the access symbols to prioritise the access facilities you require.
  4. Click ‘go find’ to see the results.

You will then receive a list of services prioritised by the access facilities you require. Click on the location name and you will see a series of tabs. Use the tabs find routes into the building, navigation within the building and view the results of the access audit.
